xx8999 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Enjoy entertainment within your limits. xx8999 is committed to ensuring safe and responsible gaming at all times.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment. But like any form of entertainment, it is important to enjoy them within certain limits. xx8999 believes that a healthy, controlled, and mindful gaming experience is what brings genuine enjoyment.
Responsible gaming means staying aware of your budget, setting time limits, and never letting entertainment become a source of financial stress. At xx8999, responsible gaming is a core principle — we want every player to play safely and happily.
With the protection of every user in Bangladesh in mind, we have put in place a number of tools and features to help you maintain a balanced and controlled gaming experience. All of these are discussed in detail on this page.
Our Protection Tools
The following special features for responsible gaming at xx8999 are always available to you.
21+ Age Restriction
xx8999 strictly provides services only to those aged 21 or above. Age is verified at the time of registration and minors are completely prohibited from accessing the platform. This is our most important protection policy.
Deposit Limit
You can set a limit on how much money you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once this limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Lowering the limit happens instantly, but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Time-Out Feature
If you want to take a break for a set period, use the time-out tool. Your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to play any games or make deposits.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, use self-exclusion. This is a long-term account closure arrangement — from 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. Any attempt to open a new account during this period will be closed immediately.
Reality Check Notifications
During extended play sessions, regular pop-up notifications will remind you how long you have been playing. This helps keep you aware of the length of your gaming session and gives you the opportunity to take a break in time.
24/7 Support Center
Our Bangla-speaking support team is always ready to help with any responsible gaming concerns. Contact us at any time via live chat. Our trained team will address your concerns with empathy.

Best Practices for Responsible Gaming
Following these habits in every gaming session will keep the experience enjoyable and safe.
Set your budget in advance. Before each session, ask yourself — "What is the most I can spend today?" When that budget is reached, end the session.
Set a time limit. Decide at the start how long you will play. Set a timer on your phone and stop playing when it goes off — whether you are winning or losing.
Do not try to recover lost money. Chasing losses is the most dangerous habit. Remember, every game is independent and past results have no effect on future ones.
Treat it as entertainment. Think of online gaming as a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money. This mindset leads to a healthier gaming experience.
Do not play under stress. Avoid playing when you are angry, depressed, or under excessive pressure. It is harder to make good decisions in that state.
Take regular breaks. During long sessions, take at least a 10-15 minute break every hour. Have some tea, go for a walk, or chat with family.
Minor Protection Policy
xx8999 enforces the 21+ age restriction very strictly. In Bangladesh, only adults aged 21 or above may register and play on our platform.
An age verification process is followed at the time of registration. If someone registers with false information and is later found to be under 21, their account will be closed immediately and the balance will not be refunded.
If you believe a minor you know is attempting to access our platform, please notify our support team immediately.
Parents are advised to use parental control software on family computers or mobile devices that can restrict access to online gaming sites.
